EUROCENTRIC
Arose from listening to songs from The Boomtown Rats' album V Deep; an angular typeface linking the Soviet Union and Ancient Rome.
The world was exposed to this font during the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, where it was used to spell out "JAPAN" on that country's team caps and jackets. The J, which is supposed to extend below the baseline, was altered a bit for the logo.

ZONA ARMADA
This font was meant to emulate protest graffiti thrown hastily onto a wall of a South American junta state. Why should countries that use the Roman alphabet get left out of the faux-foreign typeface fun? These letters were drawn using the insides of several cheap pens. They were sliced in half and the ink from inside the plastic tubing was allowed to flow directly onto the paper without running through the tips of the pens.

GRECIAN FORMULA
Created to resemble the lowercase letters of the modern Greek alphabet. And, just like that "Symbol" font, writing things with it in English is NOT an acceptable substitute for writing in Greek.
